Research Associate

Caitlin is a research associate at the University of Chicago, interested in applying current data science techniques to social science research. She is a recent graduate from the Computational Analysis and Public Policy masters program at the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy and Department of Computer Science. Previously Caitlin worked as a research engineer at the Mansueto Institute for Urban Innovation, working to use Census Household Pulse survey data to assess the health, social and societal impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on communities across the US. Prior to moving to Chicago, Caitlin worked as a data scientist for Springer Nature. She holds a B.S in psychology from University College London, and an M.S in social genetic psychiatry from King’s College London.
