The Justice Project is an independent group of researchers dedicated to producing knowledge and culture for social change. We do not sign proprietary data agreements with law enforcement agencies for our research, and maintain complete independence in all our academic and artistic work. We are funded by support from the social sciences division at the University Chicago, the National Science Foundation, and anonymous donors.
